San Francisco Views
Alyssa + Zach really wanted to capture what San Francisco has meant to them and their relationship. We talked about doing their Engagement Session in Big Sur, but instead they really wanted to adventure around the Bay Area capturing the mix of city and nature that San Francisco is. So that's exactly what we did!
It was important to them to get the views of the city along with the gorgeous water, really showing all that San Francisco has to offer. They didn't want anything that was too city but still wanted to highlight the area where the two of them spent so much of their lives together and where so many beautiful memories in their relationship were created. So we started out with a dramatic view of the Golden Gate Bridge (highlighting them, of course) and then we moved out way down to the beach to run around and have fun.
We were super lucky and Karl (the San Francisco Fog) allowed us this incredible view of the Golden Gate Bridge and we even had some cloud coverage which made the lighting so incredibly soft and romantic for this specific location. We hiked, we laughed, we endured the wind, and I mean come on! Look at these two!! By the time we went to our second location, the clouds had rolled in, which gave us a super sexy moody vibe. How many people are lucky enough to get Golden Light and moody cloudy light in the same session?!
